At the midpoint, adding 16% statutory employer costs (National Insurance and minimum pension), that is about £5,870 a month. - A data-protection framework — plus GDPR planning. Personal data is protected by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. The Philippines has no EU adequacy decision, so transfers from the EU typically rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (European Commission).
